
Oslo Capital Partners (OCP) divested its EUR 140 million social infrastructure portfolio
Mrec and Pangea Property Partners acted as financial advisors for the Norwegian investment manager OCP in the sale of its social infrastructure portfolio valued at approximately NOK 1.4 billion to Kinland AS, a Whitehelm Capital portfolio company. The portfolio is a diverse collection of social infrastructure assets including preschools, elderly care properties, mental health care properties, and one hospital. 21 care properties and the hospital are located in Finland, while seven daycare properties and one public office property are located in Norway.
