Mrec has acted as sell-side advisor in the divestment of three residential assets in excellent micro-locations in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area (HMA). The portfolio comprises approximately 8,600 sqm of lettable area, including 142 apartments.
The assets were acquired by Genesta.
The transaction underlines the continued investor appetite for well-located residential in the HMA.
