Mrec adviced Barings in an acquisition of a logistics property
Barings, one of the world’s largest diversified real estate investment managers, made an acquisition of a prime logistics scheme spanning approx. 39,000 sqm in Vantaa , on behalf of its pan-European logistics joint venture (PELV) from an international asset manager. Mrec acted as advisor to Barings in this acquisition. The property has an excellent location next to the airport and is fully leased.
