
Hartela and Hansainvest have signed a deal on Ilmala office project
The main users of Koy Ilmalan Asema are HSY and Hartela
Hartela has agreed on the sale of Koy Ilmalan Asema to a fund of HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH. The property is under construction and will be completed by the end of 2017. The lettable area of the property is approximately 11600 sqm and the sales price approximately EUR 50 million.
The main tenants of the Hartela developed property will be municipal Helsinki Region Environmental Services Authority for waste management and water supply, HSY, and Hartela, which will also move its headquarters and apartment sales unit to the property.
The property is planned to fulfil the future “zero” energy requirements (NZEP) and is targeted for LEED Platinum certification. Ecological design and accessibility by all means of private and public transportation have been highlighted in the planning.
Koy Ilmalan Asema is located by the Ilmala train station with only 6 minutes by train to the Helsinki CBD and 20 minutes to the airport. Ilmala and Pasila area will develop strongly in the coming years and Hartela continues the development with another office property on the neighbouring site.
