Etera divests Tilkka hospital to eQ Care
Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company has divested the Tilkka hospital property to eQ Care Special Investment Fund
Tilkka has significant cultural historical value nationally. Originally Tilkka operated as the central military hospital of the Finnish Defence Forces and was fully refurbished during 2007-2009. Today Tilkka is let to several healthcare operators and serves as the headquarters of Esperi Care Oy. Total lettable area is ca. 10,000 sqm.
