Aberdeen Standard divests the local retail centre Lauttis
Mrec advised Aberdeen Standard Investment on the sale of the Lauttis shopping centre to Veritas Pension Insurance. The approximately 6,000 sqm local centre is located in Lauttasaari, Helsinki on top of a metro station.
