Stendörren makes their first deal in Finland and acquires three industrial properties in the Helsinki region
Stendörren Fastigheter AB acquires three industrial properties in the Helsinki region from Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj. This marks Stendörren’s first acquisition in Finland.
– We have followed the market for some time and see that there are attractive opportunities that can contribute with good returns and value growth, says CEO Erik Ranje.
