Hartela sells new Red Cross HQ to Balder
Hartela has sold the Finnish Red Cross Blood Service new HQ to Fastighets Ab Balder, the largest listed real estate investment company in the Nordic countries. Hartela will build the new property for the Blood Service in Vehkala, Vantaa, right next to Vehkala train station. Construction work will begin in summer 2020 and is expected to be completed in summer 2022. Mrec acted as sell-side advisor in the transaction.
